Overview
WarrenBuilds was the developer/prime contractor on a $5 million contract to create a residential community in Prince George’s County. Our team provided site demolition, site development, storm water, paving, and power infrastructure.

This was a turnkey project, requiring intensive design and development prior to the permitting phase. WarrenBuilds worked closely with Prince George’s County and other stakeholders to provide buildable lots and a complete site for a new community, delivered on time and within budget.
