Shane Warren, President and CEO of WarrenBuilds, brings clients more than 31 years of industry leadership and management experience. Mr. Warren holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. He has been recognized as a regional leader in the construction industry and business community, including being awarded “Contractor of the Year” by the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation. Under his leadership, WarrenBuilds has grown from its beginnings as a great minority-owned small business into a well-established and regionally respected general construction firm. Over the past quarter century, WarrenBuilds has completed hundreds of commercial, governmental, and residential projects across the Washington, DC, metro area.
Senior Landscape Architect
Lindsay Burleigh, a Senior Landscape Architect at WarrenBuilds, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in landscape architecture from Penn State University. She holds an AAS in Accounting and received the Robert Laycock Accounting Award from Montgomery College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science (MS) from the University of Maryland. Ms. Prentice is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

Julie Nielsen serves as Chief Human Capital Advisor for WarrenBuilds. She has 30+ years of experience partnering with CEOs to help organizations create high-performing teams, grow strategically, engage and develop employees, and excel at customer service, in both union and non-union environments. At WarrenBuilds, Ms. Nielsen advises senior leadership, leads talent acquisition, and coaches our team to advance careers and our company. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Auburn University, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources from Marymount University.
Business Development Advisor
Kerry McIntyre serves as Business Development Advisor for WarrenBuilds. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Cum Laude from Loyola University, a Master of Arts (MA) from the American University, and a Master of Strategic Studies (MSS) from the U.S. Army War College. Mr. McIntyre provides technical writing and program management support for corporate business development. He drafts and organizes business proposals, corporate marketing documents, post-award deliverables, and corporate plans, programs, management tools, and procedures.
