Fairmount Heights Net Zero Housing

WarrenBuilds is working with the Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) to construct six affordable and sustainable homes in historic Fairmount Heights. Work includes site development and vertical construction of six energy efficient, single-family houses, and a community park.

Prince George’s County P3 Schools

WarrenBuilds is a prime contractor leading an innovative project that delivered six new schools for Prince George’s County. Working in partnership with Gilbane Building Company, WarrenBuilds oversaw all aspects including design and permitting, site development, vertical construction and final fit out, delivering six new schools in a three year period.

Architect of the Capitol (AOC) Capital Visitors’ Center

WarrenBuilds is working to revitalize the exterior entrance of the United States Capital Visitors’ Center (CVC). Located between the US Capitol, Supreme Court, and Library of Congress, the CVC serves 10,000 daily visitors. Work includes site demolition, site development, irrigation, and landscaping.

Magnolia Cove Site Development

WarrenBuilds was the developer/prime contractor on a $5 million contract to create a residential community in Prince George’s County. Our team provided site demolition site development, storm water, paving, and power infrastructure.

Towne Square at Suitland Federal Center

WarrenBuilds performed earthwork, site development, site concrete, and landscaping for a new 25-acre, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood adjacent to the Suitland Federal Center Metro station. The new community is a mixed residential, retail, and cultural arts community.

MGM National Harbor Landscape Construction

WarrenBuilds partnered with Whiting Turner to install landscape and site features for the 23-acre MGM resort campus on the Potomac River. Work included landscape installation, site carpentry and furnishings, Ipe deck design and engineering, installation of irrigation and storm water systems, and the campus exterior pathways network.

Prince Georges Police Plaza

WarrenBuilds provided a complete renovation of 37,500 square feet in a multi-floor county government building. Work included interior demolition, installation of efficient building systems, renovation of interior spaces, garage and entry areas, and site work.

MGM National Harbor Interior Renovations

WarrenBuilds has been retained in an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) capacity to perform general construction and construction management tasks at the $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor resort campus on the Potomac River.

Morgan State Science Center

In partnership with Barton Malow Builders, WarrenBuilds is a prime contractor constructing a new, leading edge 256,000 square foot academic building to house the Biology and Chemistry Departments, and the dean’s office for the School of Computer Mathematical and Natural Sciences.

Special Operations Division (SOD) Headquarters

WarrenBuilds is constructing a new 53,000 square foot Special Operations Division (SOD) Headquarters to support the Prince George’s County Police Department. This two story facility will include garage space, offices, spaces for staff training, administration and collaboration areas, and a wellness center.

Marlboro Hall at Prince George’s Community College

WarrenBuilds is the prime contractor teaming with Gilbane Building Company to replace an obsolete academic building with a new three-story facility that doubles the building space and introduces state-of-the-art design and usability. The new 130,156 square foot Marlboro Hall will have more classrooms, lab space, and support space. It will welcome students in the Spring of 2025.

Thurgood Marshall Hall at Morgan State University (Phases I-III)

WarrenBuilds teamed with Gilbane Building Company in a three phase program that, in the first phase, constructs a 10-story, 222,550 square foot, mixed-use structure to house a cafeteria, dorm space for 660 students, offices, and co-working spaces. In Phase II, WarrenBuilds demolished obsolete students apartments, performed site preparation for phase III, and constructed athletic facilities adjacent to the residential towers. In the third phase, WarrenBuilds is constructing a 12-story, 167,400 square foot residential tower to house an additional 604 students.
