Overview

WarrenBuilds has been retained in an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) capacity to perform general construction and construction management tasks at the $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor resort campus on the Potomac River.

Our work to date includes interior space modifications to hotel suites, restaurant space, and other areas, as well as turf installation, concrete restoration, and site enhancements.

Delivered

To date we have delivered over $1,000,000 in value as the management team’s primary construction partner. We have renovated dozens of hotel suites and restaurants without disruption to campus tenants or visitors. As onsite general contractor, we set work schedules and coordinate the efforts of a wide range of specialty subcontractors, including managing the construction and support for seasonal conservatory shows.
