Overview
In partnership with Barton Malow Builders, WarrenBuilds is a prime contractor constructing a new, leading edge 256,000 square foot academic building for Maryland’s premier HBCU. The new science center will house the Biology and Chemistry Departments, and the office of the Dean for the School of Computer Mathematical and Natural Sciences.

Delivered
WarrenBuilds is leading Phase 1 demolition and site development and Phase 2 construction to deliver state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. This project will help Morgan become the first HBCU to achieve Carnegie R1 Classification. Held by only 146 colleges and universities nationwide, it recognizes leadership in innovation and research.
