Overview
WarrenBuilds worked with the Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) to construct affordable and sustainable homes in historic Fairmount Heights. Work included site development and vertical construction of six energy efficient, single-family houses, interior fit out, and a community pocket park.

Delivered
This $4.58M project created energy-efficient, modern, and affordable homes in the county’s second oldest Black majority community. Each home is designed for an average net zero carbon footprint using energy efficiencies in the building envelope and mechanical systems. Each home is designed for future installation of solar photovoltaic systems to further increase efficiency.
