Overview
WarrenBuilds performed earthwork, site development, site concrete, and landscaping for a new 25-acre, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood adjacent to the Suitland Federal Center Metro station. The new community is a mixed residential, retail, and cultural arts community.

Delivered
We worked closely with the county Redevelopment Authority (RDA) on this $3.2 million project to help create a 900 home community. We installed landscaping for bio-retention areas, irrigation systems, pathways and landscaping, and constructed a centrally located community park and playground.
