Overview
WarrenBuilds partnered with Whiting Turner to install landscape and site features for the 23-acre MGM resort campus on the Potomac River. Work included landscape installation, site carpentry and furnishings, Ipe deck design and engineering, installation of irrigation and storm water systems, and the campus exterior pathways network.

WarrenBuilds executed an $10 million site development on a tight schedule to meet grand opening deadlines. We delivered 2,000 yards of fine structural soil with a tower crane to create the Potomac waterfront terrace, designed and installed systems to correct poor site drainage to support installation of treescapes. We installed site furnishings and features across the site.
