No. Prequalification allows your company to be considered for future projects but does not guarantee invitations to bid or contract awards.
TradeTapp qualifications are typically updated annually to keep company information current.
Most companies can complete the initial questionnaire in approximately 20–30 minutes, assuming the necessary documentation is readily available.
The link on this page will take you to BuildingConnected. You should log in with your existing BuildingConnected ID and password (or create one if you are not already registered with BuildingConnected). You will then receive an onboarding invitation from us. To complete the prequalification, you will need:
- Current W-9 and Tax ID (FEIN) information
- Your NAICS Code(s)
- Your most recent two annual financial statements
- A Surety Letter (outlining your bonding capacity) dated within the past year
- A list of at least three recently completed projects: title, your role, and owner point of contact information
- Insurance Broker Letter detailing your Experience Modification Rate (EMR) for the current year and two prior years
- OSHA 300A summaries and OSHA 300 logs for the most recent three years
