Overview
WarrenBuilds teamed with Gilbane Building Company to replace an obsolete academic building with a new four-story facility that doubles the building space and introduces state-of-the-art design and function. The new 130,156 square foot Marlboro Hall has substantially more classroom, lab space, and support space. It will welcome students in the Fall semester of 2025.

The new $140 million academic building meets LEED Gold certification standards while providing high-tech classrooms, more efficient electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and a new roof. Marlboro Hall connects Bladen and Lanham Halls with continuous, interior pedestrian circulation. This innovative, instructional building keeps Prince Georges students at the leading edge of technology.
