Overview
WarrenBuilds is the prime contractor teaming with Gilbane Building Company to replace an obsolete academic building with a new three-story facility that doubles the building space and introduces state-of-the-art design and usability. The new 130,156 square foot Marlboro Hall will have more classrooms, lab space, and support space. It will welcome students in the Spring of 2025.

The new $140 million academic building will meet LEED Gold standards while providing high-tech classrooms, more efficient electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and a new roof. Marlboro Hall will connect to Bladen and Lanham Halls with continuous, interior pedestrian circulation. This innovative, instructional building will put PGCC students at the leading edge of technology.
