Overview
WarrenBuilds provided a complete renovation of 37,500 square feet in a multi-floor county government building. Work included interior demolition, installation of efficient building systems, renovation of interior spaces, garage and entry areas, and site work.

This $10 million renovation and modernization included a range of specialized components such as installation of ballistic glass. Completed in October 2019, the project delivered an energy efficient modern facility to serve the citizens of Prince Georges County.
