Overview

WarrenBuilds teamed with Gilbane Building Company in a three phase program that, in the first phase, constructs a 10-story, 222,550 square foot, mixed-use structure to house a cafeteria, dorm space for 660 students, offices, and co-working spaces. In Phase II, WarrenBuilds demolished obsolete students apartments, performed site preparation for phase III, and constructed athletic facilities adjacent to the residential towers. In the third phase, WarrenBuilds is constructing a 12-story, 167,400 square foot residential tower to house an additional 604 students.

In this multi-phased, $170M project, WarrenBuilds is a prime contractor ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, managing all aspects of this LEED 4.1 construction effort from site development to vertical construction to final fit out. Work will continue through the Fall of 2024, delivering state of the art facilities to one of Maryland’s premier universities.
