WarrenBuilds performed earthwork, site development, site concrete, and landscaping for a new 25-acre, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood adjacent to the Suitland Federal Center Metro station. The new community is a mixed residential, retail, and cultural arts community.

WarrenBuilds partnered with Whiting Turner to install landscape and site features for the 23-acre MGM resort campus on the Potomac River. Work included landscape installation, site carpentry and furnishings, Ipe deck design and engineering, installation of irrigation and storm water systems, and the campus exterior pathways network.

WarrenBuilds provided a complete renovation of 37,500 square feet in a multi-floor county government building. Work included interior demolition, installation of efficient building systems, renovation of interior spaces, garage and entry areas, and site work.

WarrenBuilds has been retained in an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) capacity to perform general construction and construction management tasks at the $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor resort campus on the Potomac River. Our work to date includes interior space modifications to hotel suites, restaurant space, and other areas, as well as turf installation, concrete restoration, and site enhancements.
